Christmas Order Dates

Our cut-off for Christmas orders is midnight on Sunday 20th December. Items ordered after this time may arrive for Christmas, but we can’t guarantee it.

Overseas last posting dates for regular postal services have mostly passed. If you are outside the UK, please contact us and we’ll try to find a suitable express courier.

Delivery Rates

  • UK delivery is free when you spend £40. If you spend less than £40, the delivery cost for all orders is £4.
  • International delivery costs £25 for up to 5kg. We can give you a bespoke delivery price if you contact us.
  • We are happy to deliver locally (in person) in the North Leeds area. The delivery costs are the same as UK delivery. Please use the comments box to specify a contact-free drop-off point on your property. Ideally, this should be somewhere sheltered and out of sight.

Delivery Times

During the current pandemic, we’ll despatch most items within 2 working days. All items are sent using a tracked service. Parcels typically take 2-3 days to arrive after they have been collected from us by the courier.

Due to Covid-19, please bear in mind that postal and courier services are working to longer estimated delivery times than usual. Please give them a little extra time to get your parcel to you.

Local deliveries are typically dropped off within a week, usually on weekends. Please let us know if your order is urgent and we’ll do our best to get it to you on time.

Covid-19 Delays

In the event that we are notified that we’ve been in contact with someone who has Covid-19, all packing and posting will be suspended and will only resume after the 2-week isolation period.

In the event that we have to isolate, we will attempt to inform all customers, and any orders that are delayed will be upgraded to a faster delivery method. We would ask that customers please bear with us during this time.

Delivery Issues

In the first instance, please check your tracking number on the Royal Mail website; if the parcel is marked delivered then it is probably somewhere on your property.

When an item is not received, 9 times out of 10 it has been delivered and picked up by someone else.

Please note: if your item is damaged in the post, you must keep the packaging so that we can make a claim for the item with the delivery service. Without the packaging, we cannot refund you.


Under UK distance selling regulations, you have a right to return any item within 14 days of receipt. The date of receipt is the delivery date on your tracking information.

If you would like to return an item, please contact us using our contact form. Please tell us which items you would like to return and why. You have 14 days to return the item from this point.

Please post the item back to us using the address we provide (not the address on our website). You will need to pay for the cost of the return. We recommend that you return the items using a tracked and insured delivery method. We cannot be responsible for items that are lost in the post.

Once we receive your return, you will receive a refund within 14 days of the date we received it.
