UK delivery is free when you spend £40. Under £40, delivery costs £3.50 no matter how much you buy.
During the current pandemic, we are minimising trips to the post office for everyone’s safety. We aim to despatch all orders via Royal Mail or UPS within 7 days; please bear with us during this time.
Royal Mail items are normally sent using a tracked service that does not require a signature. This helps to minimise contact on receipt.

When an item is not received, 9 times out of 10 it has been delivered and picked up by someone else in the household. In the first instance, please check your tracking number on the Royal Mail website; if the parcel is marked delivered then it is probably somewhere on your property.
If the item is delayed, please bear in mind that postal and courier services are working to longer estimated delivery times than usual. Please give them a little extra time to get your parcel to you.
Please note: if your item is damaged in the post, you must keep the packaging so that we can make a claim for the item with the delivery service. Without the packaging we cannot refund you.
