Delivery & Returns

  • UK delivery is free when you spend £40.
  • Under £40, delivery costs £3.50, excluding large/ heavy items like 5l bottles and bulk boxes.
  • Large/ heavy items have to be sent by courier which is charged at a £25 flat rate. These items are excluded from our free delivery rates.

During the current pandemic, we are minimising trips to the post office for everyone’s safety. We aim to despatch all orders via Royal Mail or UPS within 7 days; please bear with us during this time.

Royal Mail items are normally sent using a tracked service that does not require a signature. This helps to minimise contact on receipt.

International delivery is currently set to a flat rate of £25 for orders under 5kg. Please contact us for a bespoke delivery quote if you prefer us to weigh your order and price it individually.

Covid-19 Delays

In the event that we are notified that we’ve been in contact with someone who has Covid-19, all packing and posting will be suspended and will only resume after the 2-week isolation period.

Although the risk is very small, we don’t want to take chances.

In the event that we have to isolate, we will attempt to inform all customers, and any orders that are delayed will be upgraded to a faster delivery method. We would ask that customers please bear with us during this time.

Delivery Issues

In the first instance, please check your tracking number on the Royal Mail website; if the parcel is marked delivered then it is probably somewhere on your property.

When an item is not received, 9 times out of 10 it has been delivered and picked up by someone else.

If the item is delayed, please bear in mind that postal and courier services are working to longer estimated delivery times than usual. Please give them a little extra time to get your parcel to you.

Please note: if your item is damaged in the post, you must keep the packaging so that we can make a claim for the item with the delivery service. Without the packaging, we cannot refund you.


Under UK distance selling regulations, you have a right to return any item within 7 days of receipt. The date of receipt is the delivery date on your tracking information.

If you would like to return an item, please contact us using our contact form. Please tell us which items you would like to return and why.

Please post the item back to us using the address we provide (not the address on our website). You will need to pay for the cost of the return. We recommend that you return the items using a tracked and insured delivery method. We cannot be responsible for items that are lost in the post.

Once we receive your return, we will process a refund within 10 working days. Typically refunds take up to 5 more days to appear in your account.
