Plastic free household gloves are an essential item to have tucked away under the kitchen sink. They're just right for messy household tasks, washing up, or dyeing clothes or hair. And keeping a pair handy will save you from reaching for wasteful disposable plastic gloves.
These gloves come in three sizes:
Medium: slightly over 8.5cm
Measure the back of your hand (just below the knuckles) to figure out which size will fit.
Each pair of If You Care gloves is made from FSC certified rubber latex which is sourced on a fair trade basis. Latex is tree sap, so these gloves are entirely plant based, and they're also thin enough -- and strong enough -- to replace plastic gloves for every household job.
After use, these gloves will naturally degrade, although they do take a while to break down. To speed things up, shred the gloves into small pieces before home composting.
The packaging is entirely made of card which can be recycled or composted. Inside the gloves there's a fine dusting of cotton to make them easier to slip on and off.
